Across two levels, you’ll find spacious living areas, modern comforts, and AC in all bedrooms. The master suite upstairs has a queen bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and private balcony with breathtaking water views. Two additional upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed in one and a single with trundle in the other. The fourth bedroom downstairs offers another queen bed, perfect for elderly guests or those who prefer ground-level convenience. A fifth room is set up as an office with a double pull-out bed, offering flexible sleeping for families and groups.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry — everything you need to cook and share meals. Dine inside or step outside to enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the canal. Multiple lounges and outdoor seating areas give everyone space to unwind.

Outdoors, enjoy your private pool and deck, manicured lawns, fruit trees, and even an edible garden. The showpiece is the private pontoon, perfect for mooring vessels, launching kayaks, or simply relaxing by the water with uninterrupted canal views.
